Production Flow
Seven stages, one production line.
01
Basalt Melt
Selected basalt and slag are melted in a cupola furnace at 1500 °C — the chemistry is the foundation of every property the finished product offers.

Fiberisation
Molten rock is spun on a four-roller wheel into long, thin fibres while a binder and water-repellent agent are atomised onto the fibre curtain.

Pendulum Layering
Fibres are laid into a thick mat. Pendulum oscillation cross-laps the layers — this is what gives our facade boards their dimensional stability.

Curing Oven
The mat passes through a curing oven where the binder cross-links and the product reaches its final density and strength.

Cutting & Lamella
Boards are cut, lamella-rotated for sandwich-panel cores, film-faced or mould-formed into pipe sections for industrial insulation.

QC Laboratory
Every batch is tested in our on-site lab — density, tensile strength, water absorption, thermal conductivity, fire and chloride content.

Packaging & Logistics
Finished goods are wrapped, labelled, audited and prepared for export through Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen.
